Privacy Commitment

Honorable Search (“We”) is committed to respecting and protecting the privacy of the users of our services. The following describes the information collection and use practices for the services offered and other properties.

Information We Collect

As you use our services, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information. We collect minimal information, and do not store personally identifiable information. The information we collect automatically is statistical data and does not include personal information.

The Technologies We Use

Honorable Search may use cookies (or browser cookies). A cookie is a small file placed on the hard drive of your computer. You may refuse to accept browser cookies by activating the appropriate setting on your browser. However, if you select this setting you may be unable to access certain parts of our services. Unless you have adjusted your browser setting so that it will refuse cookies, our system will issue cookies when you direct your browser to our services.

Personal Information

The most popular search engines offer other services which often collect sensitive personal information such as email and social web services. When you search the web and remain logged into these accounts, your search queries can be easily connected to your profile.

Honorable Search completely disconnects your searches from being tied to your email accounts and social profiles. From time to time, we will use captcha to verify if you are a real person.

General

This policy will be governed by and construed in accordance with Panama law, without giving effect to its conflict of laws of your country of residence. This policy represents the entire understanding relating to the use of the Honorable Search Services and shall prevail over any prior or contemporaneous, conflicting or additional communications.

Content Linked

The sites displayed as search results or linked to by Honorable Search Services are developed in some cases by people or entities over which Search Infinite exercises no control.

Children

Please observe that we do not collect any kind of personal data. Consequently, Honorable Search also does not knowingly request, collect or share any information for the personal identification of users under the age of 16. The protection of children’s privacy is of significant importance to us.

Exchange of information

Honorable Search only transmits personal data to third parties if we are legally obligated to do so (e.g. based on an official court order or if the handing over information is subpoenaed) or to avert imminent danger for the rights, the property or the safety of Honorable Search, its users or the general public as legally required.

Search Infinite is solely subject to Panama laws. Any request or demand by a government for the divulgement of information will be diligently reviewed by our legal counsel. The only legitimate reason for our beginning to collect personal data would be the existence of a legal warrant or a court order, which would require us to do so in connection with a specific user, who is suspected of such a serious crime that such a violation of his or her privacy would be justified.
